Mercy Story, Then and Now is a program designed for people employed in Mercy Ministry who already have a leadership role or are identified as potential leaders in their workplace.

The program offers participants the opportunity to enrich their experience and knowledge of Mercy through a series of sessions and exercises which provide input, time for reflection and sharing. The program includes an exploration of the motivations, inspiration, spirituality and leadership of Catherine McAuley and provides participants the opportunity to develop strategies and ideas for fostering a spirit of Mercy in the workplace.

The program is typically residential providing participants the experience of Mercy hospitality and offering time and space to reflect on their role as leaders in realising Catherine’s dream in our own time.

The cost of the program is $350 which includes one night’s accommodation (where applicable) , all meals and program materials.
